I've had many roles in the library, including public services, reference, instruction, instructional design, website product management, and technology strategy. In my current role as user experience strategist, I manage a small but mighty user experience team dedicated to improving all library touchpoints through design thinking, user research, user experience design, inclusive design, content strategy, and systems thinking. I also provide guidance and leadership for our strategic mapping process, ensuring we continue to support the success of students and faculty.
