Heather Froehlich, University Libraries Digital Scholarship Assistant Specialist in Research Engagement, and Marissa Nicosia and Christina Riehman-Murphy, both with Penn State and former colleagues of Froehlich's, were recent guests on a podcast to discuss working with undergraduate students on transcription and research of historical recipes.

The episode, “Uncovering the Making of Scholarly and Creative Accomplishments,” is part of the From Concept to Creation podcast series dedicated to uncovering the process of research.

Podcast co-hosts Jen Jarson and Kate Morgan feature Penn State researchers from across subject areas and experience levels who share their challenges and roadblocks, “a-ha” moments, and personal growth.

“Christina, Marissa, and I worked closely together for a number of years on this project," Froehlich said. "To come back in conversation with them and hosts Jen and Kate as new interlocutors made this collaboration even more enjoyable. As we were talking, we could see their wheels turning in real-time – I hope listeners have a similar experience.”

The podcast is available on SpotifyApple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts.

Congratulations, Heather!
