Request meeting, instruction & other reservable spaces

University of Arizona faculty, staff, students, and affiliated organizations can request to reserve selected library spaces or rooms for meetings, instruction, an event, or project needs.

Lobby space is reserved for academic use only, and requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request a space

  • Review our meeting, instruction, and event guidelines to help with your space request.
  • Submit your request at least two weeks in advance.
  • We'll review your request and contact you within two business days.
  • If your request is approved, we'll send a reservation confirmation.

Please be specific (e.g. Research & Learning, UA Libraries).
Knowing your collaborators (e.g. UA departments, librarians, groups) helps us understand your needs.
For multiple emails, separate them with a semicolon.
An approximate range is fine (e.g. 20-30).
