Starting August 2, the Main Library and Weaver Library will be open to everyone, including the public. We're looking forward to seeing you. Check out our plans.
The University Libraries have instructional spaces (called “Learning Studios”) and other meeting spaces. Although these rooms are primarily intended for library-related instruction, they are available for reservation by faculty and other UA offices during certain times. Availability varies based on the room and the time of the semester.
Non-library faculty and staff may request the use of a room via this form. Priority is given to library-based instruction. Please allow at least 2 weeks advanced notice. We will contact you within 48 business hours after receiving your request to discuss availability.
(Library faculty & staff should book/request instructions rooms our LibCal form & meeting rooms via Outlook)
Please note: The Libraries do not provide technical support for non-library use of our spaces. You are responsible for setup before and cleanup after the event. If approved, your reservation will include 15 minutes of padding (start/finish) for this.
You can alternatively schedule a library instruction session or contact your liaison librarian.
