Adobe Creative Cloud

To use Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, etc.) in the Information Commons or on a personal device, students can activate an Adobe ID account with their NetID.

  1. Check eligibility and register at https://adobe.arizona.edu/students. It may take up to 24 hours to activate an Adobe account.
  2. On Information Commons lab computers or laptops, students will need to launch the Adobe Creative Cloud app in the "Graphics Software" folder:
    • Choose the “Sign in with an Enterprise ID” option.
    • Type their campus email address (netid@email.arizona.edu).
    • Click the “Sign In with an Enterprise ID” button.
    • Click the “Enterprise ID / Company or school account” option.
    • The login will switch to NetID+ authentication. Students need to proceed with their NetID+ method of authentication.
    • Very important: When done with Adobe software at any Information Commons public computer, students need to sign out, by opening the Adobe Creative Cloud app and choosing “Sign Out”.
  3. On personal laptops or devices, scroll down at adobe.arizona.edu and follow steps on how to download and install Adobe apps.
