We're reopening soon!

Starting August 2, the Main Library and Weaver Library will be open to everyone, including the public. We're looking forward to seeing you. Check out our plans.

Find funding & partnerships

Discovering appropriate funding sources and finding potential collaborators can be difficult. We have resources to help.

Funding opportunities

The library provides Pivot for searching public and private opportunities (also see Pivot tutorials).   We also recommend Foundation Directory Online and Grant Forward.

  • Data Grant Program - the University of Arizona Libraries invite UA-affiliated researchers to apply to the Data Grant Program for the purchase of commercially available data sets. The data can be numerical, geospatial, textual, visual, or audio. It can't be restricted. The library’s goal is to build a data collection for broad use by the UA community, and preference will be given to requests that support that goal. The total amount available is $10,000 for the 2020/21 fiscal year. The annual deadline to apply is the first week of November.
