Research Engagement

I help people find, understand, work with and communicate with geospatial data. I can help with software or analysis questions related to ArcGIS or QGIS. If you teach a GIS class or a class that uses GIS I can help you share what resources are available through the library or how to access data or software for students. Have a question about ArcGIS Online? I can help you with that as well. I have a social science background in urban planning and hazards/disaster planning, but am familiar with a wide range of earth science, natural resource, business, demographic or public health data. I am an AAG GeoMentor and a member of Women in GIS, Geospatial Women and the North American Cartographic Society. I also organize our local Maptime Chapter. I believe that geographic literacy and technology should be available to all.
