Our information literacy tutorials help you get started with your assignments, research, and projects.

They're designed for students at the beginning of their academic career, and focus on building skills to search databases effectively, evaluate web content critically, and avoid plagiarism. 

Last year, they were used effectively in more than 120 University of Arizona courses. So, we wanted to make them even better. This year, we updated them and created a self-registration course in D2L where you can learn at your own pace.  

You'll receive a certificate for each tutorial that you complete. The certificate is issued when you receive 80% or higher on the tutorial quiz. You can submit the certificates to instructors for any course that requires them.
