Get help transitioning off Web of Science and RefWorks

Monday, September 21, 2020

Two citation management tools—Web of Science and RefWorks (or the EndNote version associated with Web of Science)—will not be available in spring 2021 due to ongoing annual spending reductions for subscription-based materials at the University Libraries. We have developed several resources to help faculty, researchers, instructors, and students who currently use these tools prepare for the upcoming changes.

Transition from Web of Science and the RefWorks Transition Guide include help documents, tutorials, FAQs, and training to support the transition to alternative tools. Our library faculty are available for one-on-one consultations as well.

We encourage you to review these resources at your earliest convenience. The Web of Science subscription ends January 1, 2021, and the RefWorks subscription ends on February 28, 2021.

For questions, contact Michael Brewer, our Senior Information Resources Officer.
