Bob Liu, UX designer, specializes in: user interface design, including building wireframes and prototypes; user research, including conducting user interviews and usability testing; and design handoff, including the use of effective tools and process.

Lara Miller, assessment & analytics librarian, specializes in: user interviews, cognitive mapping, and survey design.
