Approaches to Assessing the User Experience

The everyday experience of students, staff, and faculty matters. It is critical to the university's long-term success. The field of user experience (UX) provides us with tools to build empathy, expand understanding, and recommend impactful solutions. In this hands-on workshop, you will practice UX exercises and explore how UX can help you in your assessment work no matter where you are in the university. To learn more about UX, visit the UX@UA website.
