Access to the Health Sciences Library during COVID-19

We're excited to welcome new and returning students, faculty, staff, and affiliates to the Health Sciences Library! 

Accessing the Health Sciences Library

Additional services and 24/7 access will return in August. 

Hours, users & visitors  

  • Children under 18 aren't allowed inside.  
  • Starting August 2, University of Arizona Health Sciences affiliates with an active CatCard can access the library seven days a week, 6:30am-midnight.

    • The library is also open to all University users, including the public, Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm. CatCards aren't required.

  • Starting August 23, health sciences affiliates with an active CatCard have 24/7 access before and after our public hours.

Using our services, spaces & resources

Face masks are required on campus for all indoor spaces where it is not possible to adequately and continuously maintain social distance.  

Helpful tips

  • Our information desk has staff who are ready to provide in-person services, including book and equipment lending, or any help you need.
  • Study spaces are available for individuals and groups. Consider reserving a study room before your visit.
