Access to the Health Sciences Library during COVID-19

We're excited to welcome new and returning students, faculty, staff, and affiliates to the Health Sciences Library! 

Accessing the Health Sciences Library

University of Arizona Health Sciences affiliates with an active CatCard can access the library. We're open seven days a week so that our hours meet your needs. 

We're also planning for additional services and 24/7 access to return in August. 

Other visitors and users 

  • The library is only open to health sciences affiliates.
  • Children under 18 aren't allowed inside. 
  • We'll reopen to all University users, including the public, in August.

Using our services, spaces & resources

We strongly encourage you to wear masks and maintain social distancing inside the library. 

Helpful tips

  • Our information desk has staff who are ready to provide in-person services, including book and equipment lending, or any help you need.
  • Study spaces are available for individuals and groups. Consider reserving a study room before your visit.
  • Contact us by chat, text, and email, or reach out to your librarian
