Planning Events for Everyone

Part One, Inclusive and Accessible Design Series

About this event

We all have the opportunity to create experiences that are not just accessible, but welcoming to our diverse audiences. An event is any University experience - class, activity, workshop, program, training, field trip, department meeting - for any audience, large or small.

In this presentation, you'll learn how to plan accessible events from two campus experts on the topic: Barbie Lopez, digital accessibility consultant, and Eric Bell, physical access coordinator.

Refreshments will be provided.

About the series

This presentation is part of a series of campus presentations on Inclusive and Accessible Design hosted by University Libraries in collaboration with the Disability Resource Center.
