The American Institute of Architects Southern Arizona exhibit is on display in the Main Library, second floor lobby to raise awareness about the field of architecture.

According to the AIA Southern Arizona website, architecture has an opportunity to reach a wide range of people and make a statement about design, place, sustainability, and historic preservation. It also influences the way people live, work, and play.

In addition to the library, the exhibit has toured the Tucson International Airport, the Tucson Convention Center, and the UA College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture, as well as hotels and libraries in the region.
